Ingredients:

8 pounds Malt extract

16 ounces Wheat bran -- crushed

3 ounces Hops (hallertau)

1 teaspoon Irish moss seaweed

5 gallons Water

1 package Yeast (liquid dusseldorf ale or dried ale)

3/4 cup Priming suger

Directions:
Boil wort for one hour. Ferment at slightly lower temperature to get the proper character.
