Ingredients:
2  scoops  vanilla ice cream
3/4  ounce  amaretto
1    maraschino cherry

Directions:
In a blender, combine ice cream and Amaretto. Blend until smooth. Serve in a cocktail glass, topped with maraschino cherry.
