Ingredients: 1 1/2
cups
Skim or 1% milk 1
Banana, frozen, sliced 1/2
teaspoon
Vanilla,
optional
1/4
teaspoon
Almond extract,
optional
Cinnamon,
for garnish
Directions:
In a blender container, combine all ingredients, except for cinnamon, : until smooth, about 20 secs. Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
