Ingredients:

1 1/4 quarts Beer

8 ounces Sugar

1 pinch Salt

1 pinch Cinnamon

4 Eggs

1 1/2 cups Milk or Cream

1/2 cup Rum

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a high pot and beat with mixer until foamy. Serve immediately.
