Bourbon Daisy

Ingredients:

3 ounces Bourbon

2 ounces Lemon Juice

1 teaspoon Grenadine

1 teaspoon Superfine Sugar

Club Soda

Directions:
Using a shaker filled with ice, combine bourbon, lemon juice, grenadine and sugar. Shake well. Pour into a highball glass. Add soda and garnish with pineapple wedge.
