Ingredients:
2  ounces  Brandy
1  whole  Egg
1  teaspoon  Superfine Sugar
1/2  ounce  Cream
    Grated Nutmeg

Directions:
Using a shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients. Shake well. Pour into a old-fashioned glass. Garnish with nutmeg.

Best kind of glass for this drink: Old Fashioned.
