CAJUN MARTINI: Put Vermouth into chilled glass, swirl and discard. Pour Vodka/Gin over lots of ice into cocktail shaker and immediately strain into required glass; either on the rocks in a rock glass or straight-up in a chilled martini glass. Garnish as desired, and drink while still cold.
Before you make your Cajun Martini you need to prepare your CAJUN VODKA/GIN.
