Ingredients:
1.00 Bottle brandy or vodka
1.00 oz Caraway seeds
3.00 oz Sugar Directions:
Bruise the seeds and put them into the spirit with the sugar. Cap
firmly, shake well and leave in a warm place for a few days to
dissolve the sugar. Infuse for a month, then strain through double
muslin and rebottle.
