0.50 c Water
0.25 c Red cinnamon candies
0.25 c Sugar
2.00 tb Whole cloves
0.13 ts Salt
4.00 c Milk
Combine water, candies, sugar, cloves and salt in a 2 quart saucepan.
Simmer over low about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add milk and heat to serving temperature.
Pour into four glasses with handles, or mugs. Serve with cinnamon
