16.00 oz Frozen Bing cherries;
-unsweetened,thaw slightly
0.67 c Skim milk
1.00 tb Sugar
0.50 ts Vanilla
16.00 oz Vanilla yogurt:low fat Directions:
Combine first four ingredients in container of an electric blender or
food processor; top with cover and process until smooth. Pour mixture
into large pitcher; gently stir in yogurt. Serve chilled. Yeild: 5
cups (about 153 calories per 3/4 serving. Protein 4.8: Fat
