Chocolate Cream Nectar

Melt chocolate in saucepan over low heat. Add coffee and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add sugar and water and cook 5 minutes. Chill, add vanilla. Put about a tablespoon whipped cream into glasses, pour in chocolate. Be sure beverage is thoroughly chilled before serving.
Many of the recipes in this collection did not contain amounts or oven temperatures. I have typed them in as they appear in the book, typos and all.
