Chocolate Milk Shakes
2.00 c Low-fat frozen chocolate
0.50 c Skim milk
Place frozen yogurt and milk in a blender. Cover and blend until
smooth. Serve immediately.
Variation: Mocha Milk Shakes Prepare as directed above, except add 2
to 3 ts. instant coffee crystals to the blender.
