Chokecherry Liquor

Ingredients:

1 quart Chokecherries

1 quart Sugar

750 milliliters Gin or vodka

Directions:
Place all ingredients in glass jar. Shake every day for 30 days. Drain and bottle. This will taste sweet at first. However, it will be best if allowed to age 6 months.
