Christmas Cocktail

Ingredients:

0.50 c Sugar

0.67 c Water

0.67 c Unsweetened pineapple juice

0.67 c Lemon juice

2.00 tb Fresh or bottled lime juice

2.00 Unbeaten egg whites

4.00 c Finely crushed ice

Maraschino cherries

Directions:
Cook, sugar and water 5 minutes; chill. Shake all ingredients except cherries in jar until light and frothy. Top with a cherry. Serve immediately. Source: Quick & Easy. ch
