Ingredients: 1 1/2
ounces
Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey 1/2
ounce
amaretto 2
ounces
cream 1
teaspoon
superfine sugar Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a rocks glass. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Those familiar with the Grasshopper cocktail (named for its green color) will understand why this one is called the Cicada (they're a bit browner).
