Corner Store Egg Cream

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Chocolate syrup (Fox's U-Bet brand is preferred)

1/3 cup Ice cold milk

2/3 cup Ice cold seltzer

Directions:
Put chocolate syrup in bottom of a 12 ounce glass. Add milk and stir. Slowly add seltzer, stirring quickly, but no more than necessary to get a good head going.
