Ingredients:
0.67 c Uncooked oatmeal
0.33 c Slivered almonds
1.25 c Heavy or whipping cream
5.00 tb Honey (or to taste)
4.00 tb Irish whiskey
1.00 ts Lemon juice Directions:
On a baking sheet, toast the oatmeal & almonds at 300 degrees for 5
to 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Whip the cream, but not too
stiff. Stir honey & whiskey into whipped cream. Fold in almonds &
oatmeal. Stir in lemon juice. Divide into individual long-stemmed
glasses. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
