Ingredients: 1 1/8
cups
Vodka or Everclear 1/8
cup
Banana extract 7/8
cup
Distilled water 1 1/8
cups
Simple syrup 1
drop
Yellow food coloring 14
drops
Caramel color,
optional
Directions:
Make in the bottle in which is will be stored. Add alcohol, water and syrup to the bottle, shake well. Add extract and color and again shake well. No aging required. That is all it takes. It is ready to enjoy! Makes 750 ml.
Creme de Banana has many uses. It can be added to any dessert, cake, drink or anything that requires bananas for an extra kick. Tastes just like DeKuyper's Creme de Banana. Simple and unique - try it.
