Burgundy or other dry red wine,
chilled
1 1/2
cups
Brandy or bourbon 6
ounces
Orange juice,
thawed and undiluted

Lemons,
grated rind and juice of
3/4
cup
Sugar 33 3/4
ounces
Club soda,
chilled
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large pitcher, stirring to dissolve sugar. Add club soda before serving. Serve over ice.
