Ingredients:
1    Egg
1  teaspoon  Sugar
8  ounces  Milk
2  ounces  Brandy, port, rum, sherry, bourbon, or rye
   

Directions:
Shake & strain into tall glasses. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
