Fake Kahlua Coffee Liqueur

Ingredients:

2 cups Vodka (80 proof)

2 cups Water

1 1/4 cups Sugar

1 1/2 tablespoons Vanilla extract

1 1/2 tablespoons Instant coffee

Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan. Cover and cook over medium heat.
