Ingredients:
1 1/2  ounces  Pepper Vodka
1  teaspoon  Dry Vermouth

Directions:
In a mixing glass half-filled w/ ice cubes, combine both of the ingredients. Stir well, then strain into cocktail glass.

Best kind of glass for this drink: Cocktail.
