Here is the recipe for a Chocolate Chequita, a drink that I invented in
1987 and entered in the Bartender's Association of Canada National Cocktail
Competition on May 31 of that year in Toronto, Ontario. This cocktail
placed 1st Nationally in the Long Drink Category and won for me the chance
to compete with this cocktail at the International level in Rome, Italy, in
November of that year. In Rome it placed a respectable 15th on the
International level.
