French Vanilla Instant Coffee Mix
1.00 c Instant coffee, pulverized
1.00 c Dry instant coffee creamer
1.00 c Powdered milk
1.50 c Sugar
0.50 c Nestle's Quick
0.50 c Crushed buttermint candies
1.00 tb Vanilla Extract
0.50 Vanilla bean
Mix first five ingredients together. Slowly add the vanilla extract
to the first 5 ingredients, mixing well with hands, or working
through sifter (to mix the moisture evenly in the dry ingredients).
Add the crushed buttermints, mix well.
Slit the 1/2 vanilla bean open lengthwise, and scrape the seeds into
your above mixture, again working the seeds in with your hands, so
they are well distributed. Add the 1/2 vanilla pod to above mix,
store in sealed jar.
Vanilla pod can be reused later.
