Frothy Holiday Eggnog

Ingredients: 2
cups
Low fat milk 1/2
cup
Egg substitute 4
tablespoons
Sugar 1
tablespoon
Rum or brandy,
optional
1
teaspoon
Vanilla 1/8
teaspoon
Grated nutmeg
Whipped topping,
optional
Directions:
Place milk, eggs, sugar, rum or brandy, vanilla and nutmeg in a blender or food processor. Blend until frothy. Pour eggnog into 2 tall glasses and if desired, top with whipped topping.
