Ingredients:
0.75 c Boiling water
1.00 pk Lime gelatin powder -- 4
Serving size
2.00 c Ice cubes
0.50 c Lemon sherbet Directions:
Pour boiling water into blender container. Add gelatin and blend at
low speed until completely dissolved, about 30 seconds. Add ice
cubes, stir until partially melted and blend 2 minutes or until
mixture is slightly thickened. Add sherbet and blend. Serve at once
as beverage or pour into individual dishes and chill at least 30
minutes. 35 calories each.
