    TOMATO-YOGURT SHAKE
    1.00 c Plain low or non-fat yogurt
    1.00 c Tomato juice
    1.00 ts Lemon juice
    0.25 ts Grated fresh ginger
    TROPICAL REFRESHER
    1.00 cn (8 oz) unsweetened pineapple
