Ingredients:
1.00 c Plain or flavored yogurt
-regular, nonfat OR low-fat
1.00 c Fruit juice
1.00 c Frozen banana slices or 1
-Banana, peeled and sliced
2.00 Ice cubes
1.00 tb Honey
1.00 pn Cinnamon, otpional Directions:
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend on high speed until
smooth.
