Fruit Shake----
1.00 c Skim milk
2.00 tb Instant fat-free milk --
Dry
2.00 Bananas, pears, or peaches
Mashed
0.25 ts Cinnamon
1.00 tb Apple juice
Yogurt Shake----
1.00 c Fat-free plain yogurt
0.50 c Fresh or frozen fruit
1.00 tb Fruit juice Directions:
Mix together ingredients for either shake in blender and serve.
