coffee Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the milk and the coconut in a saucepan and warm over low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionnaly. Strain the milk and place the coconut on a baking sheet in the oven until it turns brown, about 8-10 minutes. Add the milk to the hot coffee and top with the browned coconut.
