Ingredients:
4  cups  water
1/2  cup  rice
12 2/3  cups  water
1  can  evaporated milk
1    cinnamon stick
1/2  cup  almonds
1/2  bottle  almond extract

Directions:
Soak the rice in the 4 cups of water overnight. The next day put everything except the water in a blender and liquify, and then add water. Chill and serve cold.
