1.00 c Creme de casis
0.25 c Sugar
3.00 tb Lemon juice, freshly squeezd
1.00 qt Cran-raspberry juice
750.00 ml Bottle champagne, chilled
12.00 oz Bottle seltzer or club soda
Ice cubes, optional
Combine the creme de casis, sugar, and lemon juice until blended in
large pitcher or punch bowl. Pour in cran-raspberry juice. Cover and
refrigerate until serving time, or up to two days.
At serving time, pour the punch into a punch bowl if base was stored
in a pitcher. Add the champagne and seltzer or club soda. Add the ice
and lemon slices, if desired. Serve at once.
