Homemade Almond Liqueur

Ingredients:

1.00 c ;Water

0.50 c Sugar

0.50 ts Almond extract

1.50 c Vodka; OR brandy, to taste

Directions:
Mix sugar and water and boil till sugar is dissolved into a syrup. Cool completely. Mix 1/2 cup syrup and mix with vodka & extract. Use the other half for another bottle. Store a few days before using.
