Homemade Cream Liqueurs

Ingredients:

-----HOMEMADE LIQUEUR-----
14  ounces  Eagle Brand CONDENSED SWEETENED Milk (Not evaporated milk)
1 1/4  cups  Flavored liqueur (almond, coffee, orange or mint)
1  cup  Whipping cream or coffee cream
4    Eggs, see notes

-----IRISH CREAM LIQUEUR-----
1 1/4  cups  Irish whiskey, brandy, rum, rye whiskey, bourbon, or scotch
14  ounces  Eagle Brand SWEETENED CONDENSED milk (not evaporated milk)
1  cup  Whipping cream or coffee cream
4    Eggs, see notes
2  tablespoons  Chocolate flavored syrup
2  teaspoons  Instant coffee
1  teaspoon  Vanilla extract
1/2  teaspoon  Almond extract

Directions:
In blender container, combine all ingredients, blend until smooth. Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to one month. Stir before serving.

* Use only Grade A clean, uncracked eggs.
