Liquor (Irish, Scotch, or rye preferred. Can use rum, bourbon, brandy, etc.) 14

Sweetened condensed milk 1/2

Whipping or heavy cream 4

Instant coffee 1

Brandy Directions: 1.
Instructions for Irish Cream I: Combine all in blender till smooth. Cover tightly and store in refrigerator. Good for 1 month.

Instructions for Irish Cream II: Beat eggs well in large bowl. Add coffee, vanilla, chocolate syrup & cream. Mix well, but not strongly. Add other ingredients. Bottle & refrigerate. Makes 2-1/2 fifths.
