    1.00 c Double strength milk
    1.00 Envelope powdered instant
    -breakfast mix

Directions:
One of several tasty ideas to make getting enough calories and protein easy. They are a great way to get the nutrition you need even when you're not feeling well. Mix together with spoon or in blender. Approximately 330 calories, 24 gm. protein per cup.
