Instant Swiss Mocha Mix

Ingredients:

1/2 cup skim dry milk

2 tablespoons instant coffee

2 tablespoons cocoa

Directions:
Combine skim milk powder, cocoa and instant coffee in container of blender. Blend at high speed until well mixed. Place in dry jar and store. To make one serving, add 2 tablespoons of instant swiss mocha mix to a cup of boiling water.
