Kahlua #3

Ingredients:

1/2 Vanilla bean, split lengthwise

1 3/4 cups Sugar

1 cup Water

1/4 cup Instant coffee

1/2 pint Brandy

Directions:
Drop bean into vessel. Mix coffee and sugar, pout into vessel. Boil water and add to mix. Shake well. Add brandy and shake well again. Allow to sit about one month. To quadruple recipe use 1 liter of brandy.
