Kiwi Colada #1

Ingredients:

4 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into chunks

1 cup coconut cream

1 cup pineapple juice

4 ounces dark rum

Directions:
Place kiwi chunks on cookie sheet and freeze until firm. Chill juice and rum. When ready to serve, put frozen kiwi, chilled juice and rum in blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into chilled tumblers.
