Ingredients:
    0.50 c Pear nectar
    0.50 ct Lemon yogurt
    0.50 c Lemon sherbet
    0.50 c Chopped pear
    0.25 c Egg substitute (no raw
    -eggs)

Directions:
One of several tasty ideas to make getting enough calories and protein easy. They are a great way to get the nutrition you need even when you're not feeling well. Combine in blender. Approximately 240 calories, 6 gm. protein per cup.
