Ingredients:
2  ounces  Coco Lopez
3  ounces  Plain sparkling water
3  ounces  Peach puree
1  cup  Crushed ice
2  scoops  Peach ice cream

Directions:
Blend until smooth. Serve in well chilled tall glass. Garnish with sprig of mint and a peach slice.
