Nonfat milk 1
Ripe banana 1
package
Swiss Miss Diet Coca Mix Directions:
Take one cup nonfat milk, add a ripe (or overripe) banana (or one-half banana) and one packet of Swiss Miss Diet Hot Cocoa Mix. Blend in blender. Drink slowly.
