Ingredients:
1.00 c Orange juice
1.00 ea Banana
2.00 ea Ice cubes
0.50 c Low-fat vanilla yogurt
0.50 c Seltzer water Directions:
In a blender, combine orange juice, banana, ice cubes and yogurt.
Whirl until smooth and pour into tall glass, leaving room to add
seltzer.
