Mocha Cappuccino (Weight Watchers)

Bring 1 cup water to a boil in a saucepan; add coffee granules, stirring to dissolve. Add sugar, cocoa, cinnamon, and nutmeg; reduce heat to medium low and cook, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add milk; cook until heated, stirring frequently. (Do Not Boil). Pour mixture into container of an electric blender; cover and process 30 seconds. Pour 3/4 cup into each of 4 coffee cups; top each with 1 tablespoon whipped topping. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.
