Nonfat Eggnog (Butter Busters)

Cinnamon and nutmeg for garnish
In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat 5 cups milk, Egg Beaters and sugar until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and rum extracts. cover and chill. Just before serving, stir in brandy and thin to desired consistency with remaining milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Instead of 1/2 cup sugar, substitute with 1/4 cup sugar and 3 packets of sugar substitute.
