0.75 c Cashews -- raw
Or blanched almonds
Place water in blender jar, add nuts, and blend at high speed for
about 60 seconds. Keep milk refrigerated.
HELPFUL HINTS: May be strained before pouring into refrigerator jar.
This is a good milk substitute. Use in recipes in place of milk.
Children like it on cereal. It spoils just as milk does, so it must
be refrigerated. Shake well before using.
