Palisade Iced Tea
0.50 c Sugar
2.00 Lemons; juiced
4.00 c Boiling water
3.00 tb Earl Grey loose tea or 4
Handful of mint leaves
4.00 c Cold water
Combine sugar, lemon juice and 2 cups of boiling water and steep
for 15 minutes.
In another container, combine tea, mint and 2 cups of boiling water
and steep for 15 minutes.
Remove mint and strain both mixtures. Add 4 cups of cold water.
