Irish Cream
Ingredients: 2
ounces
Bailey's Irish creme 1
ounce
12 Year old high quality Jamaican Rum 1/4
teaspoon
cardamom spice,
(2 dashes)
1
dash
cinnamon or a cinnamon stick 1
ice cube Directions:
Blend or shake to mix Irish Creme, Rum and Cardamom. In a Brandy glass, pour over ice cube and swizzle. Top with the light dash of cinnamon or the stick.
This was dubbed the "Rasta Nog" by my bartender-son who works at TGI Fridays in Sunrise, Fla. He used the Jamaican Rum to derive the "Rasta" name and the Irish Creme gives it the Nog-like quality.
