Strawberries,
washed and hulled

Raspberries,
cleaned
1/4
cup
Red currants,
cleaned

Sugar 750
mil
Chilled champagne,
or sparkling wine
1/4
cup
Raspberry liqueur Directions:
Place the fruit in a large pitcher and cover with the sugar in a layer. Allow the fruit to macerate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Just before serving, pour a bottle of champagne over the fruit and add the raspberry liqueur. Serve chilled.
