Eggs; separated 1
pound
Confectioner's sugar 1
quart
Rum, brandy or whiskey 2
quarts
Cream 1
quart
Milk 1/2
teaspoon
Salt Directions:
Combine egg yolks and sugar, beating well. Add liquor, beating well. Add egg whites and salt to mixture. Beat until stiff. Fold into liquid. Makes 5 Quarts.
